Synthesized Social Signals: Computationally-Derived Social Signals from Account Histories

This post summarizes a research paper that suggests a new type of social signal on social platforms. This paper was accepted to the ACM CHI Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems, a premier international conference of Human-Computer Interaction. This work was done with Sonali Tandon, Eshwar Chandrasekharan, Taylor Denby, and Eric Gilbert.
