Technically not magic like this …

If you’ve read about programmable materials before, it’s probably been explained something like: having to put things together is annoying … what if they could assemble themselves?

I’m going to try to frame this idea a bit differently, in a way I think will get more at the science behind it. Compare it to writing a computer program, you have:
