I have listened to tons of YouTuber advice. I have watched several Mr. Beast interviews. I still didn’t get it.
I started my YouTube channel in October 2024. Right now, as of writing, it is stuck at 88 subscribers. Newer videos barely have any views.
There are many things that could be wrong. But I wanted to find out the holy grail. What was the thing that would change everything?
And yes, I found it. And it is making me rethink my entire approach to YouTube.
You will discover it by the end of this article. However, you may not like what you find. I certainly didn’t like it, but I had to admit.
The evidence was quite conclusive.
It all began with an unintended A/B test with my friend.
The A/B Test
We didn’t sit down to perform an A/B test. It was unintended and unintentional. We just happened to find ourselves in the middle of one. And we desperately needed that.
Or at least, I desperately needed it.
