In this article, we are going to have a look at a hand-curated list of programming languages & frameworks that I believe will still be relevant in the next 5 years to a decade. I didn't want this list just to be another curated list of highly opinionated list of languages. Hence narrowing down the list was difficult as everyone has their own bias. While jotting down my thoughts I was thinking about how programming paradigms and innovation have evolved over time. As of this post-2020 leaner faster, easy of use, more practical, less abstraction over-abstraction is the new cool. The rationale for the choice of these programming languages in this curated list is based on what i think is trending tech, Job opportunities, Usage, Paradigms, Popularity based on hard statistics and Future technology innovations. A year in the tech world is like a lifetime hence a lot can change in the next 5 years but I believe the curated list will still be relevant.
