How I grew an idea to a $5 Million dollar company within a year

Everyone, whether an entrepreneur or not, have believed at one point in their life that they have a billion dollar idea.

Breaking news, there is no billion dollar idea. An idea is only worth the execution. If you want a billion dollars, you put a billion dollar worth of execution.

Like a drunk friend once said to me as he described his idea at a social gathering “Obviously, everyone’s gonna hype up their own sh*t, but this is the one. This is how I become a billionaire”. He was absolutely right about the first part. After listening to him, I asked him how long he has had this idea, and he responded “about a year”. I laughed internally, because if it truly has been a year, and he had not made his billion dollars or shown signs of it, then it’s likely not a billion dollar idea or its suffering from one of the main reasons companies do not make it…timing & execution, and I will be addressing one of those.
