We Need Research on Lab Productivity and Management

In the last 7 years I’ve worked in 3 different labs. One in lichenology and botany. One in Alzheimer’s research. And one in Computational Neuroscience. I learned a lot in each lab. I made a lot of mistakes and was fortunate to work under some genius principal investigators who let me explore their fields. I’m now a school teacher in a very well run urban charter school.
