What People Who Build Healthy Habits Don’t Do

We all have friends and acquaintances who have built healthy habits. Maybe they get regular exercise, eat healthfully, or meditate daily. Whatever they do, we wish we could do it, too. The problem is, no matter how hard we try, we just can’t seem to build lasting habits.

Are those friends and acquaintances just more motivated than we are? More capable or more disciplined?
