It’s 3 am.

There are papers scattered all around your desk.

Keeping you awake, are the 3 RedBulls you drank and the massive anxiety on your chest. You know you should’ve started earlier, however, life just always seemed to get in the way.

Now, it’s the last day before the deadline and you’re going to have to pull an all-nighter to deliver.

All of us, at some point in our lives, have been faced with the previous situation. Whether it was a project for school or a work assignment, everyone has had to deal with the consequences of their bad preparation.

We look at all the time we have to complete said task and immediately push it aside, after all, it would be impossible not to get it done in this many days, right?

Well… Wrong.

Apart from this approach never failing to give us anxiety and panic, it always comes with another big consequence attached: sub-par work. Work that is far below our capabilities.
