Your Employees Are Getting Frustrated

If you’ve been following my daily posts, you’re aware that I’m currently embarking on a huge journey from employment to self-employment. It’s scary, every day is unsure and I’m constantly battling my fears in my head.

But it’s also a great time for reflection — reflecting on the lessons I’ve learnt in my time as an employee, and how I can apply them when I have my own employees. But if I can also help other startups and entrepreneurs learn the same lessons, that I’d be so happy!
