Swoop is excited to recognize Total Car Car from Livonia, Michigan as our April Service Provider of the Month! In March alone, Total Car Care provided exceptional service to hundreds of Swoop customers in the Greater Detroit Metro area.

Overall, Total Car Care achieved a customer satisfaction rating of over 93% in March.

Special thanks to the team at Total Car Care for providing impressive arrival times and utilizing Swoop’s technology to offer unparalleled transparency to our stranded customers.

Total Car Care is a family owned business that has been in the auto repair business for over 20 years. In the past 5 years, Abe (owner and operator) and his team began assisting customers with towing and roadside services; the company now boasts a team of over 20 tow operators who deliver top-notch service to the greater Detroit metro. When asked about their company goals, Abe said:

We’re looking to expand our business, our footprint and become a primary provider for the area. I stress customer service and want to have us known for having pickups that feel like they are right away.

Given this attitude, it’s not surprising that Abe’s favorite part about his job is delivering exceptional customer service.

Being able to give people help. It’s a good feeling seeing people shredded and being able to come in and help them. We’re kind of like an ambulance except for their car.

— Abe, Total Car Care

Customers can feel this commitment. We combed through many rave reviews from those serviced by Total Car Care, but this was our favorite:

No improvement needed! [Total Car Care Driver] Fred was Terrific with helping us! Thank you! :)

This hyper-focus on customer service coupled with Swoop’s technology makes the consumer roadside experience fast, transparent, and delightful. We cannot thank Abe and his team enough for their dedication to Swoop and their commitment to providing incredible service to our many customers!
