Service Provider Spotlight: USA Towing & Roadside Service

USA Towing & Roadside Service treats each service with the utmost importance and urgency, while delivering top quality customer service
Nshan, the owner, and his team at USA Towing & Roadside Service have been working with Swoop for two years now, and have consistently shown up in the top of the ranks for Swoop performance. Earlier this year, this outstanding work earned them a Swoop service provider award to add to their collection of performance acknowledgements from their many sources of business. The team achieves their success by delivering top class customer service while consistently reaching the customer within 30 minutes or less. Nshan says the key to his success is training his drivers to treat each customer as if they are family. He constantly reiterates the following message to his drivers:
“Every time you get a job, always put yourself in their shoes. Think about each job as if your wife, your mother, your sister, your daughter or your brother is on the side of the road, and treat that customer the way you would want your family member to be treated.”
While Nshan has been in the roadside industry for 11 years, he has worked with cars his whole life. Nshan says he has always been 100% committed to the business he is in, and is especially motivated by cars. He started as a car salesman, became the top salesman in no time, and then worked in a body shop for many years to perfect his skills and knowledge of cars. After all of this experience, he decided to open his own business in roadside assistance, and worked around the clock until he could hire a second driver just six months after opening. He now has six drivers, and is in the process of buying a tow truck to further expand his business.

When these customer reviews and recognition were brought to Nshan’s attention, he was not surprised as this is consistent feedback they have been hearing since the beginning, and take much pride in. Nshan stated,
“That’s how we roll, that’s our style, that’s our business.”
Working on the side of the road is a difficult and dangerous job.
