If you are struggling there are so many people and places that want to help you. Do not be afraid to ask for help it doesn’t make you weak or incapable of helping yourself. If you are sick you go to the doctor so go to the doctor. And if you are feeling off or not like yourself but you don’t know if you have a mental illness here are a few things you can look for in yourself. Change in appetite, change in sleep patters (to much or not enough), changes in moods, or withdrawing from friends, family and activities you enjoy. That’s just a few but hopefully that will help you figure out how your mental health is doing.
