NEWS: NFTs have arrived in the Sylo Smart Wallet

We’ve made it easier than ever for users around the world to interact with NFTs.

It’s true — Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) of the ERC-721 variety are now supported in the Sylo Smart Wallet.

A key feature delivery from Q2 in our 2021 roadmap, we’re excited to release this cool piece of tech that will make it easier for users everywhere to get on board with NFTs.

Here’s how it works…

IF YOU ALREADY OWN NFTs

If your NFTs are currently stored in your Sylo Smart Wallet address, once you have updated the app, these will then show up automatically in the Wallet section.

If you have NFTs stored in a different wallet address, simply import that wallet to the Sylo Smart Wallet, and your NFTs will show up as above.

IF YOU WANT TO BUY NFTs

If you don’t yet own any NFTs, now is a great time to start collecting!

For Android users of the Sylo Smart Wallet, you can purchase NFTs in-app through the Web3 browser and have them arrive straight in your Wallet.

For iOS users, you can use WalletConnect to purchase NFTs in a pop-up browser window, and they will then arrive back to your Wallet section.

IF YOU WANT TO SHOW OFF YOUR NFTs

A cool new way to show off your collectables, in this release is also the ability to use an NFT as your profile image in the Sylo Smart Wallet.

This feature will evolve so that in future, people will be also able to verify that the NFT is owned by the person who is using it as their avatar.
