Just when you thought the world of Sylo couldn’t get any busier…

The last week’s been one of further jetsetting, eventing, synergy, and collaboration. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been up to, stay tuned for the full event recaps arriving early next week.

- OUR DAPP TAKES THE WORLD STAGE IN AMSTERDAM

Dorian gives the downlow on real world decentralisation to a rapt audience in the Netherlands’ capital city.

Last Friday we took our presentation of the live Sylo DApp (decentralised application) all the way to the Netherlands for a keynote address at the World Blockchain Summit in Amsterdam.

Our Co-Founder Dorian Johannink had the below to say of the event:

“Great to see an enthusiastic European community regarding decentralised innovations at the World Blockchain Summit.

With the current market volatility, there is a definitely a strong focus on which projects will be bringing usable solutions to market that will bring real value in the short-mid term using blockchain.”

Meanwhile at home, our very own Shaan Bhattacharya, Chief Strategist, took part in a panel discussion exploring the incoming disruption to be yielded by blockchain.

- SYLO & THE CENTRALITY FAMILY STEAL THE SHOW AT FINTECH

It’s been a mad week for the extended Sylo-SingleSource-Centrality family as we exhibited, networked, presented, and pitched at the Singapore FinTech Festival.

Maybe it’s the tangible usefulness that our decentralised services offer the real world, maybe it was the awesome slide on our booth, but the event was a hit.

Highlights included a breakfast with New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, visits from the New Zealand Trade and Export Growth Minister Hon. Damien O’Connor and the Trade Commissioner to Singapore Hayley Horan, a pass-by from the Prime Minister of India, and a great session from RegPac to further build our ties in the Netherlands.
