The Zero to One Club is a program for experienced Product Managers working on Zero to One problems
- Six meetings, where we discuss the professional and personal challenges of the pre Product Market Fit stage
- Collaborative case studying: Participants share their challenges and dilemmas with the group for feedback and discussion
- A safe space for talking about the good, the bad, and the ugly
- Expert moderation by highly experienced Product and People operators in the Zero to One space
Why we do it: At Symbol, we’re a first check VC helping Israeli founders get to product-market fit faster. Having an open forum for product people to discuss, brainstorm and vent is key.
- Startup PMs are mission-critical for finding PMF, and we want to help companies succeed by empowering their teams
- Zero to One problems: pre-PMF startups have unique challenges, often quite different from more mature companies
- We’re deeply PMF focused and this program helps us better understand Zero to One product and people challenges
