Ruby Methods Cheat Sheet

Here is my Hello World, my first post on this new blog. Last week, I moved to NYC and started classes at the Flatiron School. There’s tons I could write about that, but for now, I’ll just share some of my notes: a cheatsheet of Ruby methods and iterators — complete with color coding! They’re not in-depth, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want: an at-a-glance reminder of what something does. This list is by no means complete, and I plan to add to and update it as I expand my own arsenal of methods.

Note: I wrote most of these notes before I even got to Flatiron, and while I don’t think there are any errors, please do let me know if you see one.
