Being transformative is not a rule; it’s a mindset. At Synavos we like to challenge ourselves beyond being product- or solution-oriented. We feel these approaches limit the impact that an action may create. This mindset has lead to each employee being energized to reinvent processes and achieve a newer and better way to do things.

“Transformation is not a future event. It is a present activity.”
-Jillian Michaels

Our agenda is to perform each next task more efficiently than the last one. Transformation fights redundancy and eliminates inefficient links in the process. It keeps the whole work flow robust and dynamic.

“In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.”
-Abraham Maslow

Employees sit with their managers and set their own goals. We believe in setting goals that are unachievable and staying out of our comfort zones. This approach encourages employees to test their potential and push themselves to achieve more.

“There is nothing in a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to be a butterfly.”
-R Buckminster Fuller

Each employee is given the authority to improve their processes. This sort of empowerment allows rapid response to customer, supervisor and team members’ feedback. Through this delegation of transformation employees gain self confidence and deliver creative and reliable solutions.

“You have to be constantly reinventing yourself and investing in the future.”
-Reid Hoffman

We aim to transform the way software and service sourcing is done. In order to attain this we constantly rid our organization of obsolete work methods so that we can deliver an updated solution that positively impacts all stakeholders.

“Don’t spend time beating on a wall, hoping to transform it into a door.”
–Coco Chanel

The transformative mindset does not always (or even often) require huge breakthroughs. Even a small task that improves daily work is considered important. Transformation goes down to each action of every employee.

“Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot, others transform a yellow spot into the sun.”
-Pablo Picasso

The entire ideology behind the transformative mindset is to build a workplace that enables and supports such a way of thinking. We hire resources that aspire to transform the way things are done around them. We build a culture that fosters this mindset in our routines rather than leaving transformation to be a one-off process.
