SyncFab Welcomes Michael Cuesta to Procurement Operations role

SyncFab is delighted to welcome Michael Cuesta succeeding Max Wasilko to take the reins of procurement operations. Michael is CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management) certified by the ISM (Institute of Supply Chain Management) and Michigan State University. Michael is a Senior Buyer with over 10 years of procurement experience across multiple industries with expertise in AS9100 (Aerospace) and ISO9001:2008 quality standards. “This is an industry-defining moment for the conversation surrounding digital transformation of supply chains,” said Michael. “Working with SyncFab will be a natural fit for me, and I’m very excited to be part of the team at this important point in time.”

Before joining SyncFab, Michael was a Senior Buyer with Ontic Engineering, where he implemented quality compliant savings programs for aggregate purchase orders valued in the millions of dollars. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Senior Buyer at Vacco Industries purchasing machined parts, springs, and COTS items for Navy, Aircraft, and Core divisions of their purchasing department in addition to many other valuable professional accomplishments at Telemetry Communication Systems, Hydraulics International and more. Michael brings with him a wealth of experience and insight working with precision parts manufacturing suppliers at a key moment when SyncFab is growing our manufacturing supplier network.

Max Wasilko inherits Head Sales role to lead enterprise BaaS and procurement sales function

SyncFab is delighted to welcome Max Wasilko to run enterprise and procurement sales in a coordinated drive to close our Q4 sales piepline on a high note for 2019. Max is a veteran sales professional with deep experience as a sales trainer and sales director at enterprise SaaS organizations. His transition from procurement to sales leaves Max with a firm grasp of our service offerings so he can now leverage his core skillset in enterprise sales. We are extremely excited to welcome Max into his new role which promises to be a perfect fit. Indeed the SyncFab team is coming together like a fine-tuned engine to drive growth going forward.

Max Wasilko — Head of Sales

Prior to joining SyncFab, Max Wasilko served as Regional Sales Director for Confirmit, a VC-backed $15M annual sales global online data collection and research software firm where he developed and implemented regional sales strategy with budget responsibility of over $1M. At Confirmit, Mr. Wasilko acquired the largest strategic customer, Yahoo! Additional clients recruited and closed included Google, AC Nielsen/Net Ratings, Maritz and eRewards. Mr. Wasilko defined and implemented new internal sales reporting process resulting in improved sales reporting and forecasting that lead to an IPO. Mr. Wasilko was also Sales Executive of SAP Business Objects, where he sold complex SAP ERP related data warehouse and reporting solutions to Fortune 1000 including Siemens, Bayer, Monsanto, and MetLife. Performed significant outbound telephone calls to key prospects and customers to qualify sales opportunities, which led to multiple sales opportunities and substantial early revenue. Mr. Wasilko also trained and mentored inside sales representatives accelerating sales targets, timeframe, and internal communication.
