Social Restaurant Review Service SynchroLife Partners with Orico’s manaca Auto-charge wellow card to provide special offers for Nagoya Municipal Subway Area Restaurants

GINKAN Inc., the managing company of the token economy based social restaurant review service SynchroLife, has announced a partnership with the “wellow card / wellow card manaca” credit card issued by Orient Corporation and Nagoya Transportation Development Organization Co. Ltd that is used for auto-charging manaca IC cards. SynchroLife will launch a project to offer delicious VIP offers to consumers and support local restaurants in the Nagoya Municipal Subway area starting in summer 2022. This is SynchroLife’s first partnership with public transportation.
wellow card is the only credit card that supports auto-charge for the manaca IC card used to ride the Nagoya Municipal Subway. Over 950,000 consumers use the Nagoya Municipal Subway daily, and there are over 7.5 million consumers with a manaca card with 4.24 million issued by the Nagoya Transportation Development Organization Co. Ltd.
With this partnership, wellow card holders will get access to SynchroLife’s exclusive discount signature dish offers normally only available to a limited selection of users. wellow card holders can also receive 10% cashback in points when purchasing these VIP restaurant offers with a wellow card (10 times the normal cashback rate).

Consumers who use a Manaca IC card to ride the Nagoya Municipal Subway can set the card to automatically recharge to a preset amount when their card balance gets low. This feature can be used at 85 Nagoya Municipal Subway Stations (excluding Kami-Odai Station and Kami-Iida Station).
