SynchroLife Releases SynchroPay — Credit Card Payment & CRM Tools Now Combined!
Restaurants can now easily use their payment data for marketing!

GINKAN Inc., the managing company of the token economy based social restaurant review service SynchroLife, has announced the release of “SynchroPay”. SynchroPay combines cashless payment with customer relationship management and loyalty program tools into one service for restaurants. SynchroLife is now accepting restaurant applications for SynchroPay, and the user service will begin in November 2022.
SynchroPay can be used by registering a credit card to your SynchroLife account. This allows users to pay their restaurant bill from within the app and earn SynchroPoints, Bitcoin, or other cryptocurrency (*1) along with their regular credit card points.

Typically restaurants must process credit card payments and point card or loyalty programs separately, creating a complicated and confusing multi-step process at the register. With QR code payments, mobile ordering, and other various payment methods, it is difficult for restaurants to focus on their own marketing.
Diners face a similar struggle, having to show point cards and loyalty program rewards separately from their payment. It is not the best user experience.
SynchroPay is a payment service that solves these problems by combining payment and marketing tools together. Diners can use SynchroPay just by registering a credit card in the SynchroLife mobile app. There is no need for charging the app, diners can use the app to pay at any restaurant (*2). Diners earn their regular credit card points cashback, and they also earn Bitcoin or SynchroPoints in SynchroLife cashback. The dining visit and payment data is automatically saved in the restaurant’s membership program and diners can earn various rewards for their visits.
Restaurants (*2) are able to both simplify their operations at the register and use their cashless payment data in SynchroLife’s loyalty program and customer relationship management marketing services to encourage repeat visits to the restaurant. Restaurants are able to help nurture cashless payment customers into loyal customers, increase their sales per customer, and receive other such new benefits in exchange for their payment fee.
Moving forward, SynchroLife plans to make SynchroPay easier for both restaurants and consumers to use by bringing SynchroPay to restaurants across the country and adding features like BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later).
