Building Towards Product X
The ambitious deadline we set last year for Synereo’s upcoming product, tentatively code-named Product X, is here. The team is now working on the infrastructure needed to invite the first round of beta-users to start experiencing and testing it, and we’ll soon begin releasing all the details about it… including its name.
With the lull in the cryptocurrecy markets and public perception of decentralized projects being at a low, it’s been an unfavorable time to launch a product we’re aiming to be immediately interesting to mainstream audiences. With the product being ready, though, we can’t wait any longer; to compensate for the greater difficulty in being heard, we’re simply going to have to be louder.
We’ve also kept details of Product X more closely guarded than we normally would. We believe the new paradigm Synereo has created is going to be quickly imitated by many other projects in the space, and so we preferred keeping the advantage this time around. This will continue being the case for a little while longer, until we’re sure we can fully own our evolved narrative, in terms of both product and marketing.
In the very near future, we’ll start ramping up our marketing machine — recently bolstered by a new CMO as well as a social media expert — and release more and more details about this new product, which will usher in a new era for Synereo.
