Can you describe your role with Atrium Sports?
As an HR Manager, my role is to support the business on all People and Culture matters. It starts with recruitment and from there is all about making sure that our team members enjoy the best possible experience throughout their career with us.
What skills are necessary to perform well in your job?
Definitely empathy, communication and listening skills. But assertiveness and a capability to question things is also important. This helps ensure fair, efficient and coherent decision making is made across all aspects of the business where the human factor is involved (it means everywhere if you’re wondering ;-))
What do you like most about Atrium Sports’ culture?
No hesitation here: The engagement of people in our project and the respect and recognition we share for that amazing level of engagement
What attracted you to work in sports technology?
Beside my taste for sports and my interest in technology, it’s the excitement, the passion and the sense of purpose you can feel in this sector.
What’s the most exciting thing you’ve done in your job recently?
Frankly, at this moment, pretty much everything is exciting! If I had to pick one, I would say witnessing the fast and positive evolution of our teams and contributing as much as I can by hiring new passionate people to join the company! Oh yeah, and the preparations around the move to our brand new office! And the perspective of our future Atrium Academy! And… (sorry, you’ve exceeded the maximum amount of characters)
What advice would you give someone starting out in sports tech?
Talk to people, listen to people, share, share and share. There is so much passion, excitement and knowledge around all this. Dive into it and enjoy!

What’s the Atrium Sports company value that means the most to you and why?
TRUST : Having an authentic, strong and trustful relationship with all employees and with the management team is gold. It’s a key thing for HR management. It has to be built, respected, maintained and demonstrated within every decision, within every action taken.
Atrium Sports is growing so fast, mixing teams from different companies, cultures and countries, I would like all of our people to always remember how much trust is important for collaborating, delegating and simply going forward. I love the fact that TRUST is our first listed company value, it just makes complete sense.

If you’re into tech and/or sports, if you want to be engaged and impactful in a startup-minded environment, do not hesitate… The rest will just be juicy cherries on the cake!
