Meet Markito#9856, An Ethics for AI Advocate

There are many reasons why Synesis One is embraced by its community. But the fact that we are so open and understanding about AI concerns is very much up there. The ethical issues surrounding AI are wholly at the heart of our mission.
As says Markito#9856:
“What really drew me to the project was that they want to make sure they have an ethical mode to do it. Ethics for AI is one of the most critical issues modern society currently faces. I think as more people see this, the Synesis One community is going to become more successful and serve as a model for future utility projects.”
Community with a Difference
Markito#9856 is a long term fan of crypto, with many years exploring the its broader community. As they share, their interest in the crypto world began near the start of the movement:
“I first started following the crypto space back when there was just one white paper and a growing community. Sadly, I didn’t invest then but followed the discourse and happenings in the community. As time went on, I began looking at it from a global security perspective, and eventually jumped in. I am a great fan of the dedication of the early crypto community to the higher principles of security and freedom. While there is a definite dark side of crypto that can’t be ignored, there is also so much potential to do a lot of good.”
And this journey into crypto has meant that Markito has been able to become even more involved in their art interests. Collaborating with artists to create quality art is at the center of Synesis One. But by bringing together the other aspects of gaming and AI, this means that the digital art created as part of the project is of even more value. As Markito explains:
“I was looking to expand to an NFT/DAO project that offered utility versus simply being an art or game project. Synesis offers real value, not just as an investment but to the global commons. By working on making AI more widely available, we have the possibility to help create results that have impacts far outreaching the NFT component.”
AI That is Forward Focusing
And the fact that the team at Synesis One has so much experience means that their understanding of what digital art can become is apparent in its first collection of Kanon NFTs. But what really sets us apart is our understanding of the future potential of AI, which by incorporating into NFT technology, means that the artwork holds even more value. Markito states:
“The potential utility of Synesis One is incredible. I love digital art — and I have to admit — seeing a Bored Ape on exhibition in Sandbox Alpha was cool, but if web3 is going to live up to its potential, it needs to move beyond artwork, however cool, or games, however fun. Synesis does that by tackling the future of AI. The team was already successful and fully doxxed, and they understand that advanced AI will continue to be a greater and greater part of all that we do.”
The community aspect is also a huge part of the appeal for Markito, who has previously moved through the blockchain community a significant amount. They tell us:
“I believe strongly in the long potential of Ethereum and Solana, but am always looking for new blockchain initiatives, utility projects, and to a lesser extent, art I happen to like. I am also currently working with a team of senior diplomats, lawyers, educators and philanthropists to create a true cross-cutting DAO to bring the potential of web3 to greater share of the world’s population.”
Minting NFTs
But the Synesis One community stands out as a unique experience because members are more than just simply users, they are instead involved with building Synesis DAO themselves, as Markito details:
“I do enjoy checking in with the Synesis community. People are not only friendly but helpful: we’ve helped each other with cryptography puzzles and some members have even taught classes on how to mint your own NFT. There is a real sense that we are helping to build the project.”
And being able to mint NFTs is a huge part of the appeal — especially now and as Web3 cultural pioneers. Many of the members of our community have managed to mint multiple Kanon NFTs, which is one element of the broader community experience. And Markito is indeed part of this number. They detail just how significant it is:
“I am happy to say I’ve picked up quite a few. I staked one this week for the start of Quantum Noesis and have over a dozen more staked in the pool. But my favorite has to be reasonable, which is what I use for my avatar.”
