September was another productive month for the Synesis One team and more exciting things are coming. Here are the latest updates:

Successful team grok in Seoul
Our leadership team gathered in Seoul last September for another round of extensive in-person grokking sessions. We planned our priorities for the next quarter, discussed new features for the platform including the overall vision for the DAO system among others, and workshopped with the Mind AI team. There are some major changes to our leadership team that you can read about here.
Our renewed focus on Mind AI
Out of the many important decisions we made during our Seoul grok, the most important was our short to mid term focus in terms of growth of Synesis One. While the long term goal is to onboard a variety of different AI clients, the short term focus remains on optimizing and better monetizing the current partnership we have with Mind AI.
Mind AI is at an inflection point as it has secured a deal with Hyundai Motors and the government of India in the past month. This strong growth has a direct impact on Synesis One. As Mind AI secures more and larger deals, its data needs will grow exponentially. All of the data requirements will be sourced through Synesis One. This means more campaigns are coming to the Train2Earn platform. Not only will the number of available work increase, the number of types of campaigns will increase as well. We will also expand on the languages needed which means that Synesis One will expand its community in more geographies!
Synesis One and Mind AI getting more exposure
Synesis One cofounders, Paul Lee and Joshua Hong, were featured in this article written by Jennifer Schenker, the chair of the World Economic Forum’s judging panel. Additionally, Paul Lee gave a talk on AI and the future of work at the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry last month.

20% APY??!
We’ve just launched a special single-sided staking pool with 20% APY just for our Train2Earn users. When claiming rewards, a builder or validator can choose to claim and stake the rewards into a special 3-month pool to earn rewards. This is the first step in providing an invaluable experience for our Train2Earn community, and there will be many more benefits to come!
Public Single Sided SNS Staking Pool Update
Last April we launched another set of SNS staking pools. The staking pool with 4.5% APY will be unlocked on Oct 10, 2023. Don’t forget to unstake your SNS from this pool by Nov 10, 2023. SNS that is not unstaked before the expiry will be returned to the rewards pool.
You can also stake your SNS again on the other pools with higher APYs of 6.5% and 8.5%. Here’s a link to our staking website.
What’s Next?
Train2Earn platform improvements
The development team will be pushing another update to the platform in the next few days. Here’s a list of improvements and features coming soon. The community’s feedback has been extremely helpful in designing these updates, please keep them coming!
These features will also help us scale. It’s only been 3 months since we launched Train2Earn on mainnet and we’re already launching up to 50 campaigns per week in 3 different languages. In the next few weeks, more campaigns will be posted on the platform. As we grow, we need to put the right systems in place to make sure that we have a sustainable and productive ecosystem.
Solana Breakpoint
The team, including Isaac, David, and Mael will be attending Solana Breakpoint in Amsterdam from October 30th to November 3rd. If you’ll be attending the events let us know so we can meet up!
