Pilar, in frustration

Synesis One combines the power of humans and AI so that AI can make better sense of the world!

The Tale of Optimistic Pilar is a spoof-story adapted from the original Quantum Noesis game. It was written with the help of a human and AI via a story algorithm, and edited (moderately) to make sense 😜. So, if you can find the five missing words in this story, you could win 1,000 SNS. Pilar Machina looked at the giant knife in her hands and felt ___1____. (🎶 🎧Missing word can be found in Lady Gaga’s, Perfect Illusion; hint 1: in the chorus and hint 2: word #164).

She walked over to the ___2____ (🎶 🎧 Missing word can be found in Led Zepellin’s, Sick Again; hint 1: word#3) and reflected on her grand surroundings. She had always loved the green Global Bank of International Finance with its mouldy, mutated mountains. It was a place that encouraged her tendency to feel ecstasy.

Then she saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Evi. Evi was a ___3____ (🎶 🎧 Missing word can be found in Jimi Hendrix’s, Bold as Love: hint 1: word# 54, hint 2: it’s a repeated word) deity with curvy toenails and a red hand.

Pilar gulped. She glanced at her ___4____ (Missing word can be found in Adele’s, Million Years Ago, hint word #72 ). She was an optimistic, patient, lemon tea drinker with grubby toenails and a vast hand. Her friends saw her as a brainy, breakable banker. Once, she had even saved a baby that was stuck in a drain.

But not even an optimistic person who had once saved a ___5____ (Missing word can be found in Major Lazer’s Tiny, hint 1: word #11 ) baby that was stuck in a drain, was prepared for what Evi had in store today.

The snow flurried like skipping pigs, making Pilar fuzzy.

As Pilar stepped outside and Evi came closer, she could see the giant smile on her face.

“Look Pilar,” growled Evi, with a malicious glare that reminded Pilar of bold cows. “I hate you, but I want a surprise party. You owe me 5224 $SNS.”

Pilar looked back, even more fuzzy and still fingering the giant knife. “Evi! I’m your sister!” she replied.

They looked at each other with jumpy feelings, like two keen, knowledgeable kittens sleeping at a very admirable business meeting, which had reggae music playing in the background and two dear uncles tapping to the beat.

Pilar regarded Evi’s curvy toenails and red hand. “I don’t have the funds …” she lied.

Evi glared. “Do you want me to shove that giant knife where the sun don’t shine?”

Pilar promptly remembered her optimistic and patient values. “Actually, I do have the funds,” she admitted. She hopped on her phone. “I just transferred what I owe you.”

Evi looked at her phantom wallet in awe — her wallet blushing like a smoggy, sour stick of butter.

Then Evi came inside for a nice mug of lemon tea.

THE END
