Announcing the SynFutures V2 Testnet Bug Bounty Program

We recently announced that our V2 testnet is now open and available for anyone to use and test!
The newest iteration of our platform brings a refreshed user experience for both traders and LPs, an updated interface, and new trading products like perpetual futures.
As an important part of our testnet phase, we’re launching a bug bounty program to encourage the community to provide their feedback as we prepare for our Closed Alpha launch on mainnet in the upcoming weeks.
How to Participate in the Bug Bounty Program
The bug bounty program will extend from May 9, 2022 to June 7, 2022.
Feedback Guidelines
If you believe you have found a vulnerability or issue or you have some feedback for improvements, we ask that you submit a detailed description of the issue using the designated form, including any steps that the SynFutures team can take to resolve the issue.
Issues or improvements include:
- Bugs, including any issues with trading mechanisms and or other features on the platform.
- Suggestions to improve the user interface (UI) or general UX.
- Other helpful information or insight that can help us further improve our platform.
- Any problems or questions you have while engaging with the platform.
If any part of the platform is not easy and straightforward, let us know via your report so improvements can be made! Please also include any suggestions/steps that can be taken to address the issues.
Review Process
All bounty submissions will be reviewed and approved on a weekly basis until the program ends. To see the approved issues and avoid submitting duplicate reports, check the list.
Rewards will be awarded at the discretion of the SynFutures team based on the importance of the cited issue and the quality of the report received.
Program Rewards
Note: To participate in the bounty program, you must fill out and submit your report using the designated form.
💎Diamond reward: 1000 USDC
Feedback includes identifying critical issues, such as trading mechanism errors, other bugs, etc. Detailed reports are highly encouraged.
🥇Gold reward: 200 USDC
Feedback includes UX/UI issues, errors, etc. and other high-priority issues that directly affect the LP/trader experience. Detailed reports with suggestions for improvements are highly encouraged.
🥈Silver reward: 100 USDC
Feedback includes detailed reports and suggestions for improving the UX/UX of the platform. Other issues that have a medium to high impact on the user experience will be considered in this category.
🥉Bronze reward: 50 USDC
Feedback includes reports on low-impact issues that don’t affect the overall functionality of the platform but are worth noting, including cosmetic issues, image errors, etc.
