We’re excited to announce that SynFutures has begun distributing Blast native yield to users!

If you’re eligible to receive Blast yield, learn how to claim yours!

Claiming Yield

The official Blast documentation outlines that Blast yield comes from ETH staking and RWA protocols. The yield from these decentralized protocols is passed back to Blast users automatically.

Due to the business model constraints inherent in perp DEXs, the auto-rebasing functionality of Blast L2’s native yield (USDB & WETH) is not applicable in perp DEXs where positions undergo constant changes due to market price fluctuations. As a result, SynFutures has adopted the Claimable Yield feature as outlined at https://docs.blast.io/building/guides/eth-yield.

USDB Native Yield Distribution Methodology

The native yield distribution methodology is based on the total amount of yield USDB collected during each epoch. It is distributed proportionally to each user’s TVL (Total Value Locked) and follows a specific set of steps:

  1. The total USDB native yield claimed from Blast during the current epoch is calculated.
  2. The user’s TVL for the current period is computed using snapshots of their hourly USDB TVL.
  3. The aggregate proportion of each user’s hourly TVL to the total hourly TVL is calculated.
  4. The USDB distribution quantity for each user is determined by multiplying their TVL proportion with the total yield for the current epoch.
  5. The calculated amount is then distributed in batches to the respective user addresses.

WETH Native Yield Distribution Methodology

The total yield WETH collected during each epoch serves as the basis for distribution. The distribution is determined based on the proportion of each user’s TVL (Total Value Locked) and follows the steps below:

  1. The total amount of WETH native yield claimed from Blast during the current epoch is calculated.
  2. The user’s TVL for the current period is computed using their hourly WETH TVL snapshots.
  3. The aggregate proportion of each user’s hourly TVL to the total hourly TVL is calculated.
  4. The distribution quantity of WETH for each user is determined by multiplying their TVL proportion with the total yield for the current epoch.
  5. The calculated amount is then distributed in batches to the respective user addresses.

Gas Distribution Methodology

Additionally, according to Blast official documents, Blast redirects sequencer fees to the dapps that introduced them, allowing smart contract developers an additional source of revenue. The Gas refund from Blast will be equally rewarded to the top 100 highest-performing traders by transaction numbers.

Native Yield and Gas Claim

SynFutures will claim native yield from Blast's official channel biweekly, synchronized with Blast Gold’s distribution schedule.

Native Yield and Gas Distribution

Eligible users will receive the native yield in USDB and WETH (including gas) after the Native Yield Collection is executed biweekly. For more information, refer to the distribution announcement posted on SynFutures’ official X account (@SynFuturesDeFi).
