Join SynFutures Meme Perp Summer on Base!
SynFutures V3 is expanding to Base and supporting emerging memecoin projects.
SynFutures V3 is expanding to Base, Coinbase’s L2 network! To celebrate and spread the news, we’re launching Meme Perp Summer, a six-week campaign blitz to expand our community asset listings and reward the meme communities driving authentic traction on Base. SynFutures will offer 100,000 USDC and future airdrop allocation to support the growth of emerging token projects that meet participation requirements.
Timeline
June 18, 2024 — July 29, 2024 (6 weeks)
- June 18: Campaign launches, token project sign-up begins.
- June 25: Deadline for token project sign-ups and announcement of eligible token projects and reward allocations.
- June 26: Eligible token trading pair listing on SynFutures. Each selected token project will have a one-day exclusive promotion on SynFutures’ official social media channels to increase exposure and engagement.
- July 29: Tentative date for the last day of the Meme Perp Summer Campaign.
How It Works
Token Project Sign-Up
Token projects are invited to sign up for the campaign starting now!
To be eligible, projects must have 1) an ERC20 token on Basethat does not represent any underlying assets, 2) an active and engaged community, and 3) a track record showing the token project is driving the community traction without the intent of rug-pull.
Participation Thresholds
Projects that sign up will be required to meet specific requirements to qualify for the rewards, including:
- Community members: 5,000 followers on social media (X/Telegram/Discord)
- Trading volume: $100K for last 24hrs (according to Dexscreener token page)
- Active community engagement: Regular social media posts, community events, etc.
- Price Oracle Availability: Trading Pairs listed on Uniswap v2
- Marketing Coordination: Willingness to co-marketing with SynFutures
Incentive Distribution
If a project meets the requirements and is selected, it will be eligible to receive up to 10,000 USDC from the 100,000 USDC reward pool. The rewards will be used to purchase the project’s token from the project treasury/designated decentralized exchange (DEX) by the token project and be listed on SynFutures.
Listing and Trading
The meme trading pairs will be listed against WETH or USDC under our “Community” section. Users will be able to leverage long or short the tokens, providing additional trading opportunities and liquidity for each respective meme community that participates.
How to Participate
Token projects interested in participating in Meme Perp Summer should send a direct message to SynFutures’ official X account, @SynFuturesDeFi. A SynFutures team member will reply with the registration form. The sign-up process will require project details, community metrics, and a commitment to meet the participation requirements.
