Celebrating the conclusion of the Synnax Financial Performance Prediction Kaggle Competition

Synnax, a predictive credit intelligence protocol powered by decentralized AI, recently wrapped up its exciting second Kaggle competition, the “Synnax Financial Performance Prediction.” This competition demonstrated the potent capabilities of collective intelligence in advancing financial forecasting.

Objective:

Participants were tasked with leveraging a detailed dataset to predict crucial financial performance metrics for 2030 publicly traded companies, using data spanning 11 consecutive quarters. The aim was to apply both traditional machine learning techniques and time series analysis to predict key financial indicators, such as Total Assets, Liabilities, and EBITDA, enhancing their models with real-time macroeconomic data for accuracy.

Dynamic Participation:

With 503 entrants and a total of 1,541 submissions, the competition fostered a vibrant community of data scientists pushing the limits of financial analytics.

Celebrating the Winners:

The competition concluded with impressive results, showcasing the high caliber of talent among the participants. The leaderboard was topped by the following outstanding contributors:

• 1st Place: test_r2, Score: 0.90605, 4 Entries — 20,000 SYNAI Tokens
• 2nd Place: Denis Fedorov, Score: 0.90534, 153 Entries — 10,000 SYNAI Tokens
• 3rd Place: Qingan Li, Score: 0.90323, 22 Entries — 5,000 SYNAI Tokens

Additionally, the top 25 participants are guaranteed spots in all upcoming highly incentivized production phase competitions and are invited to join the prestigious Synnax Lab as Founding Masters.
