Marketing Veteran Kevin Gavin Joins Syntropy as Chief Marketing Officer

After leading the marketing of several multi-billion dollar software businesses, Gavin adds all-star power to Syntropy’s enterprise adoption growth.

With more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software marketing, including executive roles at Five9, Talari Networks (acquired by Oracle), ShoreTel (IPO), GoBeam (acquired by Covad Communications), SoftNet Systems (IPO), Teligent (IPO), and Nextel (IPO and later acquired by Sprint), we’re thrilled to announce that Kevin Gavin has joined Syntropy as our Chief Marketing Officer.

A graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, Gavin has successfully driven rapid revenue growth for companies serving large enterprise markets. His ability to bring innovative networking technologies to the worldwide stage is respected across the industry.

“This is an extremely exciting time to be joining Syntropy. The technology is quickly reaching maturity, and now is the time for adoption across enterprise and developer communities. I’m confident in this team and vision and look forward to driving new customer acquisitions.”

He will work closely with our tech, sales, executive, and marketing teams to drive global enterprise customer acquisition and developer adoption of Syntropy Stack, which makes it easy for all users to connect with and use our technology.

“Kevin brings all-star power to our marketing team as we continue to deliver on major technological milestones. With Kevin onboarded, our executive team is now at full strength as we aggressively target enterprise customer sales and developer adoption.”

Get Started With Syntropy

When we launched Syntropy Stack, we gained rapid developer traction, quickly surpassing 2,000+ active developers. In June, the hiring of Jeff Lacouture as our Chief Revenue Officer signaled the beginnings of our global enterprise sales push, as outlined in our CEO’s mid-year update. The addition of Kevin Gavin as our CMO means that we are now entirely in the adoption growth phase.

Our production-ready software, Syntropy Stack, makes launching and managing micro-services and multi-cloud deployments easier than ever, even for the largest enterprise users. Syntropy-powered networks can be up and running in minutes.

With deep experience scaling networking technologies, Gavin is already working alongside the rest of the Syntropy team to scale user acquisition across enterprise and developer markets.
