About the client

L’ETO is a chain of cafes which is represented in seven countries. L’ETO was founded in London, UK. The first branch was opened in Soho in London in 2011 and then the company expanded in the Middle East 5 years after. First L’ETO’s UAE сafe was opened in Dubai in 2017. Since that time the company has had 39 branches around the globe.

L’ETO is well-known for the high quality products (especially for desserts and coffee) with a restaurant level of service. Cafe chain is strong in its rich selection of desserts, coffee as well as breakfasts and lunches. Among the L’ETO ‘s visitors there are many important guests such as the Sheikh of Dubai who visited the cafe several times. Annually L’ETO serves more than one million desserts to its guests in dozens of international branches. Cafe’s motto is to count the memories not the calories because the company would like to provide an emotional experience to their guests with nutritious healthy food.

Integration with Syrve: unite the whole chain of cafes through one automatic system

It was crucial for L’ETO Group to manage the operations as a cafe chain: to systemize and centralize the processes incorporated in one automated integrated database.
