Rejection Alerts (Improved)
We tell you if we detect your mail server bouncing test messages. These alerts will still trigger a text message and alternative email address alert but they now include additional trouble shooting information including status codes, action and details.
Delay Alerts (Improved)
When test emails aren’t received before the time threshold, alerts now contain a breakdown of a recent test emails journey to help you understand where the problem might be.
Note: The recent email may not be the one that caused the alert, as we might not have received it yet, if at all.
Alerts by SMTP Reason Code (New)
You can now turn off rejection alerts by SMTP code, to stop unnecessary alerts.
Improved Design (New)
We’ve reworded the design from the ground up to make it easier and faster to get where you want to be.
Set Alert Policies (New)
Need to alert more than one person? Set up multiple polices to send text messages or even make phone calls.
