Trans Journey Days 265: Solid aftercare plan, because I realized, like, just this second, that I need to gift myself aftercare AFTER therapy! Because, like, dur!
I have Fridays off (or claim to), and after my fortnightly therapy session on Fridays, I watch Critical Role. I guess that could be considered therapy aftercare except I usually, DO something else. Ok, stop that! Yes, sir, me!
Tomorrow, I’ll be checking out of the hotel at 10, going to therapy, finishing there at 12, and can’t go to my next sit until the evening. So, no Critical Role.
