That’s how long we’ve been grinding away and I can’t imagine doing anything else. The people I’ve met and the things we’ve accomplished —
I have no words. And I’m thrilled about what’s to come.
Every day we speak with licensees, providers, state boards, and regulating bodies. It’s been an amazing learning process. And somewhere along the way, some incredible things happened. We began to believe in the same things, all seeing the same vision. You should take a look too.
Spring 2014
Table Mesa is born
Table Mesa was hatched by a small group of motivated people with considerable awareness of the continuing education industry. With all of our years in the industry, one thing was unmistakeable:
Very little has changed in continuing education in the past 30 years.
Our hospitals are stuck in a pre-Internet world, and patients are suffering because of it. We thought it was time to revolutionize the way CE is shared, so we created a place for providers and licensees to join together in a single marketplace to create, collaborate, buy and sell continuing education courses.
You could call us a continuing education community.
Before long, dozens of providers were designing beautiful courses using our site. People were putting down their credit cards every single day to learn from them. That made us proud, and it was then we knew that we were on to something big.
That said, we knew we could do better. We wanted to produce the crisp, clean product that today’s society demands. We needed Table Mesa 2.0. So we hired some friends who turned out to be key players in slowly shaping our platform.
Fall 2015
We knew that when taking courses, licensees wanted 3 things:
- State or national board approval
- Instant reporting to CE Broker
- A personalized view of your CE requirements
So we did that, and made them available on any device, anywhere.
Spring 2016
We pride ourselves in creating intuitive experiences and providing top-notch customer service, but let’s face it: continuing education can be tricky to navigate. We updated our support center to answer some of the toughest questions for both Licensees and Providers. With quick searches and easy navigation, finding an answer is a breeze.
Summer 2016
We simplified the process of publishing courses dramatically and improved the course editor, all to bring more consistency to Table Mesa courses. This allows providers to create a more polished experience for their students. I believe if you put the right tools in the teachers hands, the end result is some very satisfied students. And courses are already starting to shine.
But we are not done yet.
I can’t give away our family recipe just yet, but I’ll give you a few key ingredients, as dictated by AOL founder Steve Case.

The last two years have been dynamic. We helped 200+ providers teach over 15,000 licensees. The community we’ve built is amazing, and I couldn’t be happier to say the following:
