When you talk about a company, most people’s first question is often, “What do they do?”
An important question, certainly, but is there a question you can ask that will tell you a little more about that company and why they do what they do?
Who, is the question you should ask.
Who is the company? Who are the faces behind the computer screens or the voices on the other end of that phone line that make that company what it is?
So, what is Table Mesa? Table Mesa is an online continuing education platform that allows educators to connect with licensees in their designated professional fields to provide them with relevant and engaging continuing education courses.
But, who is Table Mesa? We are: rock climbers, sports coaches, marathon runners, surfer dudes, dog-lovers, parents, friends, brothers and sisters. Innovators of technology and challengers of the status quo. We appreciate mother earth and good design, and we live by one simple mantra, “Work smart, not hard.”
Table Mesa’s story is one of seizing opportunity and can be traced back to a simple realization: The current state of continuing education for licensed professionals is not viable.
When the idea of Table Mesa was conceived, there were almost no online options for licensed professionals to complete their continuing education (CE). The only options were long lectures or conferences with lots of travel and big price tags. Who has time for that?
Even with a shift in recent years to make more online CE offerings available, most platforms are clunky and complex, and trying to navigate your way through their convoluted user interfaces can feel like a test in itself.
That is why Table Mesa set out to upgrade the CE experience for both educators and licensees.
Table Mesa’s answer to the lack of quality options for online CE was to create an online marketplace connecting educators and licensees. Our marketplace allows you access to the same high quality courses from the same trusted sources you have for decades, we just improved the design.
Our modern and simple design revitalized an outdated concept, and provides users with everything they need and nothing they don’t. More imagery, less text, and intuitive actions allows you to create or complete your CE courses faster and easier than ever before.
On the face of it, we are a tech company. But at heart, we are a human company whose goal is to improve your quality of life.
We know there is more to life than work, and we believe that continuing education should not be a dreadful experience for any educator, or licensee. Instead, our goal is for the professional renewal process to be quick, easy and painless, so we can all spend less time behind a screen and more time in the natural spaces we love.
Our mobile CE allows you to create or complete courses when it is convenient for you. On your commute, late at night after the kids are asleep, or in between jobs; whatever your situation may be, Table Mesa has you covered.
