IPX Staking has been launched for one week. We are excited to share the staking data with all community members!

IPX Staking From 04/06–10/06:

Total Staking Amount: 169, 350,606 IPX
Total Nodes on Tachyon Network: 1229
Total Rewards Distribution: 497,730.262914285 IPX
Average Daily Rewards Distribution: 71,104 IPX

As the latest data from CoinMarketCap suggests, the circulating supply of Tachyon Protocol is 266,858,531 IPX. From 4th June to 10th June, 169,350,606 IPX tokens, namely 63.5% of IPX circulating supply have been staked during the last one week by Tachyon supporters. 497,730 IPX rewards have been distributed to all Node Providers as Node Incentives.

Since IPX Staking started, there are over 1100 nodes being created on Tachyon Network. The current node number of Tachyon VPN can get ranked into the top VPN provider list and support millions of VPN users. With the further development of IPX Staking, more global nodes will join and be incentivized to drive more high-quality traffic supply. Tens of thousands of nodes can be expected to run on Tachyon Network when all Tachyon VPN users can become Node Providers easily via their PC devices or Routers.

IPX Staking service was launched on Bithum on 8th June. IPX is also the third staking cryptocurrency Bithumb supports after IOST and Luna. The successful cooperation with top exchange Bithumb brought us more confidence. Since IPX got listed on Bithumb in October, 2019, we have received great response from the Korean community. The performance of IPX is far beyond expectation which wins support from Bithumb. More cooperation will be conducted between Tachyon and Bithum to promote Tachyon VPN and IPX in South Korea. Also, we will work harder on building Platform Partnerships and get more excellent exchanges and node operators to join us in expanding the IPX staking network.

Once IPX wallet and IPX payment are released, everyone can exchange BTC, ETH, VSYS, Fiat currencies to IPX and use IPX to buy premium traffic from Node Providers easily in Tachyon VPN. Normal VPN users and crypto enthusiasts will be gathered together in Tachyon VPN. The advantage of decentralization will help Tachyon VPN acquire more shares in the VPN market.

The initial staking was released on ipxus.com on 4th June. IPXUS has offered 1038 nodes for participants in total. At present, 884 nodes, namely over 85% of the nodes have been staked.

IPX Staking service was officially launched on Bithum from 8th June. IPX is the 3rd staking cryptocurrency Bithumb supports after IOST and Luna. The staking service has sparked a nationwide enthusiastic participation.
