Check out the new digs.

As you may know, there’s a direct correlation between one’s workspace and productivity levels. Horribly designed office = unmotivated employees; epic design and stellar feng shui = an inspired, driven team. With that being said, you better believe Smith & Berg Partners has set an entirely new benchmark for office design in our Brentwood digs. Below, get a sneak peek inside this bona fide Smith & Berg Partners mecca.

Designed by Jessica Marx of J. Marx Atelier, the office was envisioned to be a fun, collaborative space that maximizes natural light through expansive, industrial-style windows. As such, the vibe is simultaneously relaxed and sophisticated; it says we’re here to play but don’t mess with us. Props to Jessica for putting a sweet spin on the otherwise traditional and stark working environment.

The general living area sets the stage for the overall ambiance, complete with two leather sofas, chic velvet chairs and killer design accents. Glass tic-tac-toe, anyone? And no refined space is complete without Jo Malone candles—that’s a given. The common area flows into the sleek conference room via glass sliding doors, featuring custom woodwork, tile flooring, a sweet Gray Malin photograph and elegant Mid-century furnishings.

Also flaunting an epic Mid-century vibe is the kitchen. With polished Carrara marble, high-end appliances and timeless, light olive green Reform cabinetry, this space is an idyllic spot for a lunch or screen break.

Then there’s F. Ron and David’s sublime office set up. The boss bros have Herman Miller Aeron chairs (also found throughout the office) and modish Reform cabinetry that plays host to their favorite trinkets and goodies, including the stunner QLOCKTWO wall clock from Biegert & Funk.

There’s incredible photography and art by Frank Van Der Salm, Jeff Vespa, Sharon Berg, Gray Malin and our very own David Berg in each space throughout which, of course, inspires much-needed creativity.

Then, as you’ll see below, we have some awesome little offshoot spaces ideal for taking phone calls or escaping the madness.

And while we could share countless images of our new Brentwood mecca with you, some things are certainly best experienced firsthand. Stop on by and say hello, we’ll have a glass of our favorite tequila waiting for you. Because let’s get real…you didn’t think we’d build an office without a wicked bar, did you?
