The Valuable Skill Of New Age People — I call it Abundance Filter
I was born in the age of scarcity. I remember empty shelves and 100 meter lines of people to buy whatever: a bread, a milk, clothes. Information was also a scarcity: TV with 3 channels, radio with 5 stations, 10 newspapers, and yes — no Internet in 80–90s.
There is so much truth to this. In my own experience we are often more focused on our expectations coming true than we are on having our desires fulfilled and when our expectations are born from insecurity and doubt and lack of self-worth the outcome will inevitably be something we perceive as rejection and failure. We get what we expect. Thank you for a great post!
