過去 8 年，陸陸續續地找到許多與情緒「共處的偏方」。從看似鬆散的個人經驗內，理出一條思緒後，試以人文科學的眼光，彙整出本文。 — Q：你是否曾留意過，自己在哪個時刻，被情緒給牽制或駕馭了呢？ 既然你都點進來閱讀了，那首先，我會分享自己的原點故事。原點故事是我從此刻回想，對該命題感興趣的起點，也是我對上述提問的 echo。 故事的開場，絕對是異常地痛苦。過程中，我碰到了第一個方法論，也曾天真的以為，找到一鍵搞定的特效藥了～才發現「哎，不是噎，代誌沒凡人我想得這麼簡單（恐慌）」所以才在 8 年期間內，補充了許多，對目前的自己而言，還算適用的方式。 現在與情緒和平共處的時間，確實多了不少，當然，你我都可以歸因於生活穩定、個體幸運等原因，所以以下方法才會適用呀。然而，每個時期的我，碰到的難關也在進階，換言之痛苦如有個重量，對我個人而言，都是一樣的，它不曾隨著我的長大，而變得更為輕盈。所以，以下方法的重點，不在忽視而是接受，也不在追根究底地要試圖去解決根本性的問題，因為有些問題根本是 impossible，譬如用摯親的離世來類比，或能意會我說的不可解。
