墾丁打工換宿｜最spicy的20歲暑假🌶｜外場日常 講英文不難，難的，是聽懂酒的名字…第一天上班，才發現不僅是端端盤子這麼簡單，幸好，每天下班都可以來一杯調酒，把酒單喝過一輪，也就記熟了。 「很好玩！」這是我的總結，但是先苦後甘，前幾天上班其實很空虛，剛解封，人潮還沒回流，又碰上颱風，天天都在下雨，把海都翻攪成土黃色。 這篇文會分享工作內容、碰到的趣事，以及心得總結，走筆至此，我已經開始擔心篇幅會不會太長了… 工作內容： 按照時間順序來說，早班的話，早上要先幫忙開店，開陽傘、拉躺椅、裝音響、擺酒…，以及一些日常的環境維護，SOP蠻複雜，要注意的事情挺多的，但做幾次也就上手了，不過，偶爾還是會蠻厭世的，其他時間，就自己找事情做，可以幫忙備料，切漢堡包、剪mojito需要的薄荷葉等，或者去淨灘。 (比較酷的是開生啤，弄一個類似瓦斯罐的東東，但我已經忘記步驟了，泡泡厚度的拿捏跟裝酒的角度，也是一門學問。）
