Thanks for this great read — I like the concrete suggestions in particular. We wrote a piece in Forbes the other day specifically about women in edtech, which I’d say has a specifically social bent (generally), which we argued makes it more attractive to women. Yet the sector struggles with exactly the constraints you’re addressing here as well, as far as “needing to be everything to everyone.” Thanks again!
