Good article Daniel, thanks. But so many won’t read for 4 minutes to thoroughly understand the problems with not being thorough… here’s a copy and paste from another piece that involves such doo-doo that I don’t want to drag the stench around. But it gets to the point:
Are you not familiar with research on demographic faultlines? Subgroup formation can be quantified. It is not at all certain that diversity improves team performance efficacy or productivity in all contexts. It doesn’t take much reading to see that IO psychology is highly divided on this. That diversity is unequivocally a good thing is not indisputable.
^^^SAME^^^ well except for the dad part. And the aisle part. We got married in “the church of the living room” because there was a blizzard and we had to move inside.
But there still wouldn’t have been a dad or an aisle and there shouldn’t have been a wedding.
