2022 GLO領袖高峰會 Brief Introduction — 這是什麼? 領袖高峰會(Leadership Training Summit)是一個為期 2 天，以全英語互動的訓練營，由加州柏克萊大學的國際非營利組織 — GLO舉辦，其長年致力於教授領導方法和溝通技巧，在本屆高峰會中讓參與者以小組進行四大核心領導技能訓練，並透過講師回饋快速吸收所學並加以實踐。 Why — 為什麼參加這個活動 參加這個活動主要原因有二: 第一個是想增進自己的領導能力。 在許多活動中我常擔任領導的角色，但其實很少有專門的課專門教你怎麼去領導一個組織(尤其當你還是學生時)，通常大多數人都會是慢慢從經驗中學習，但GLO舉辦的領袖高峰會讓學生們可以以一個具有系統性的方式學習相關領導技巧並當場實際運用再由講師給予回饋，可說是一個十分難得的機會。 第二個原因是想跨出自己的舒適圈。 在為期兩天的活動中是以全英文進行，將會和來自台灣各地(包含在外留學生)想增進自己領導力的學生相互交流。相信這對於一個平時沒甚麼機會長時間使用英文溝通並處在台灣的學生會是一個挑戰，於是便想抓住這個機會，在訓練英文對談的同時，也認識來自不同領域卻有相似理想的人並建立關係來拓展自我人脈並激勵自我。
