I recommending adding “Nine from Aberdeen: U.S. Army Bomb Disposal in the Second World War”, by Jeffrey M. Leatherwood. Well written and easy to follow. The book provides an appreciation for the enemies use of explosives and lessons provided by World War II.
This is true. But currently it’s important to design the product simultaneously solving issues not only for the user but also stakeholders. “Emotional oriented goal” is one of the ways to find problems in the respective stakeholders.
