Outstanding, futuristic article. It felt like the answer to the questions I have been puzzling over since I first read about, and then tried eating sea vegetables. I was working in a San Diego health food store in 1975, unpacking oranges in the back, when a fellow-employee passed me a bag of dry dulse and I ate the whole bag, it tasted so good!
