Prelude: During my time at Draper, I had first thoughts on working out at the Gym to be a healthy person after hearing a speech that spoke of thinking 10x and working 10x.
Actually, it didn’t change my life. I’ve been doing this my entire life. And I love it. So today I want to share some benefits of it.
Subscribing a good gym can really motivate you to go more often, especially when you are fat and too cheap not to go.
Doing exercise is highly recommend if you are working at a highly stressed environment, moreover, you get to see all kinds of people at the gym.
