I would like to suggest a social science experiment which is totally impossible and impractical. The resources required would be so prohibitive that it would take as much effort as landing humans on the planet…
Most people`s thinking is nothing but an association of past thoughts and experiences. Creative thinkers will survive better in the AI era.
But considering all those enormous economic benefits that AI promises we will let AI supersede us and carbon based humans may lose their place as the dominant species on this planet
As far as my aging mind can figure out, there are several problems facing the human species.
This ride will be very difficult, and with new kind of economics & enormous benefits that AI promises -AI BlackBox owners will accumulate all the wealth and power — at least in the near term.
None of this will be easy as we can’t assume what’s coming next in this exponential trajectory of technological advancements…
