Basics, they really do matter in sales!
What do I mean when I say basics. Well, there are a few things. Actually, four specific things that I think will produce more sales in any organization.
I’m a big believer in Situational Leadership. This allows the “leader” to slowly delegate control and decision-making authority to a team member on a task-by-task basis.
This management style has been quite effective in our company. (Well, at least when I stick to it like I should. :)
