My favorite past time besides painting is spending time in the nature. I enjoyed hiking in the mountains as well as kayaking on the seas/lakes. The reference photo for this painting was from a hike I did with my family in Chiayi-Meishan Township-Xiaozilu Trail. It’s a family friendly trail suitable for all ages. Perfect length with fantastic view when you hiked up to its top. Besides capturing the beauty of it, I’d like to invite everyone that’s never been to Taiwan to pay a visit to my home country. I’m still amazed by its nature no matter how many times I’ve seen the gorgeous beach or bamboo forests.
