I said better, lol. There’s not a lot of options here. OKC literally has only 5 or 6 guys that should even be on the court in this series. Collison is one of very few that’s actually useful on both ends of the court (if he’s not old and broken).
This time last year the Oklahoma City Thunder were tied 1–1 with the Golden State Warriors in the NBA western conference finals, heading home to play games 3 & 4, the future looked so bright for this young team led by all stars Kevin Durant & Russell Westbrook, fast…
Someone, every year has the highest uncontested rate for rebounding. Do their teams, each year “gift” those players rebounds? No? I think Westbrook gets his rebounds from relentless effort on pursuit, and playing out of position on shots. I haven’t seen one clip that shows players letting him take a rebound.
Mmm good point about Westbrook. Do you have those stats, though? Like, a link? Also — and I should have specified this — I meant specifically in the playoffs, which is where I see it more. In terms of references or evidence, I was going off of my own opinions from watching the games, the 2011 article that I cited, and these statistics:
Sabonis has been starting in the preseason. I think I’d like to see Dipo off the bench. Him and Kanter would lead a devastating second unit offense, an someone like Abrines would compliment Russ better.
